How to Register for the CIC 73rd General Assembly, Hamburg 2027

Registering for the CIC 73rd General Assembly takes only a few minutes, and this guide explains every step in plain language. You choose your ticket first, and are only asked to sign in or create an account when you check out. The Assembly takes place in Hamburg from 8 to 11 April 2027.

The registration page: find the ticket that applies to you and click the green Buy button.

Please note: if you attended last year in Vienna, that registration does not carry over. Everyone needs to register again for Hamburg 2027.

Save 10 per cent with the early-bird rate

An early-bird rate is available until 31 August. When you reach the payment step, simply enter the code EARLYBIRD2027 in the discount box and click Apply, and ten per cent will be taken off your registration straight away. Places are limited, so we would encourage members and guests to register early. Full instructions on entering the code appear at Step 3 below.

Before you begin

Please have to hand:

  • Your email address
  • A payment card, or your invoice and bank details
  • The full names of any guests you are bringing

Go to the registration website

The four steps

Step 1: Choose your ticket

Click Registration in the menu along the top, find the ticket that applies to you, and click the green Buy button. Use the plus and minus buttons if you need more than one, then click the green Checkout button. You do not need to sign in for this step.

Step 1: choose your ticket and click Checkout

Step 2: Create your account, or sign in

At the checkout you are asked to sign in. If it is your first time with us, enter your email address, click Continue, then choose a password of at least six characters and complete the short form with your name, contact details and address, and accept the terms. If you have registered before, simply sign in. You may also choose to sign in by mobile number if you prefer; just click the option beneath the button. Please keep your email and password safe, as you will need them again to change guest names and to bid in the auction.

Step 2: sign in by email or mobile

Step 3: Pay, and enter your discount code

Choose to pay by card, entering your card details on the screen, or by invoice, which you will receive to settle by bank transfer. If you have a discount code, this is where you use it. Type your code, for example the early-bird code EARLYBIRD2027, into the box marked Discount code and click Apply. Your total will fall immediately by the value of the discount. If you do not have a code, simply leave the box blank and continue.

Step 3: where to enter the discount code

Step 4: Confirm, then add your guests’ names

You are now registered, and a confirmation email arrives straight away. A second, separate email then follows, asking for the names of your accompanying guests. These names are printed on the badges worn at the Assembly, so please type them carefully.

Bringing a guest?

Register yourself with your own ticket, add an Accompanying Person ticket for your guest, and enter their name when the second email arrives. If you would rather we set this up for you, simply email office@cic-wildlife.org and we will do it on your behalf.
