The National Delegations within the CIC network function as autonomous entities comprising CIC members from a specific country.

These Delegations engage in activities aligned with the interests of their members and the distinct requirements of wildlife and hunters within the respective countries. While some Delegations undertake research and projects pertinent to national wildlife management, others participate in international conservation endeavours.

Delegations organize events throughout the year to bolster membership and advance new or ongoing projects. Each Delegation is led by a democratically elected Head of Delegation, who assumes responsibility for managing membership, finances, technical outputs, and serves as the primary point of contact with the CIC Administrative Office.
