SUN Navigator

Developed in partnership with Stellenbosch University and AWEI, the Sustainable Use Navigator is an online tool designed to educate academics, journalists and policymakers by providing reliable facts and figures on the sustainable utilisation of wildlife resources.

By developing a database of unbiased facts, peer-reviewed literature and audio-visual content on sustainable use and wildlife management, the Sustainable Use Navigator allows users to quickly respond to questions with reliable, well-sourced information, case studies and decision assistance on what conservation models to support. SUN is organized by species and by countries in order to provide a wide array of best practices across the world, with an easy-to-use interactive map.
